The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of both direct and indirect care. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the nurse delivers patient and community-centered care, advocating for patients and their families by acting as a liaison and upholding their rights and beliefs. Utilizing evidence-based medical practices, the LPN effectively manages unexpected and emergent situations, promptly addressing and treating a variety of injuries and illnesses with professionalism and expertise.

Hourly Pay | Min: $28 Max: $33
The individual's must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility and requirements of the State of West Virginia.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
