Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform product inspection.
• Move raw materials and finished goods.
• Clean and sanitize clean room area and equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Handle changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning.
• Achieve production rate and quality goals.
• Ensure continuous operation of equipment through breaks.
• Perform rework as needed.
• Cross-train within the department.
• Maintain all quality and GMP standards.
• Perform SAP data entries.
• Use tools such as a 10x microscope, calipers, and miscellaneous gauges.
• Perform other duties as required for business needs.

Experience Required

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere (Proficient).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area (Proficient).
• Willingness and ability to train others (Proficient).
• Teamwork skills (Proficient).
• Organization and attention to detail (Basic).

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
