Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Status: Full Time, Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS:
Millwright or Electrician License preferred
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills
Experience with industrial equipment and CMMS
Flexible to support shifts or on-call needs
OVERVIEW:
Supervise maintenance staff (millwrights, electricians, apprentices)
Plan and perform preventative and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety standards
Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory
Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
