Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide daily engineering support to the production floor, ensuring smooth, high-quality manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implementing long-term, sustainable solutions
Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—from R&D handoff to full-scale production
Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for equipment and process validation
Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance cycle time, yield, and scrap rate
Conduct statistical analysis, capability studies, and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing, and statistical analysis
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation
Knowledge of SolidWorks and ISO standards
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
