Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Superintendent (Level M ) to support the 737 North Line team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors.
  • Leads, develops and motivates employees, first-level, second level and senior managers.
  • Manages employees, first-level, second level and senior managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton (in the initial stages) and then in Everett.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
  • 5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
  • 5+ years of experience in using Lean principles
  • 5+ years of experience coaching, guiding and mentoring teams
  • 5+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality, and cost.
  • 5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $174,600 - $213,400
