apHarmony, a boutique software development company, is offering an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills in the rapidly growing software industry.  We are looking for a part time marketing and operations assistant for our Bartlett, Illinois office.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and update the company’s content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter
• Post & promote content across various social media channels
• Coordinate marketing activities (digital / print)
• Assist in market research
• Organize and maintain the customer / lead database
• Write content for our marketing materials and website
• Reach out to potential customers
• Assist in day to day tasks in our operations department

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing phone skills
• Minimum of one years’ work experience in a professional office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze information and write reports
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in an effective manner

Compensation:

• $20-$24/hour
