We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing team! Whether you’re a recent graduate or exploring a new career in marketing , this role offers hands-on experience in brand promotion, event marketing, and face-to-face customer engagement .

As a leader in field marketing and live brand activations , we partner with nationally recognized brands to boost visibility, attract new customers, and strengthen brand loyalty through in-person events and interactive marketing campaigns .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Represent top client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up experiences
• Engage with customers face-to-face to communicate brand messages and product details
• Set up, maintain, and break down branded displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Collect customer insights and feedback to help improve campaign results
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach and performance goals
• Learn and apply marketing strategies, brand positioning, and effective communication techniques

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, on-site environments
• Willingness to travel locally for events and campaigns
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (not required)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is a plus
