**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads. This role requires a keen understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to analyze market trends to optimize performance.

We have a Medspa Marketing Agency working with the biggest franchises in the US and Canada, currently spend just over $20,000+ a month on ads with the clinics we work with and are on track to be a 7-figure Agency in 2025!
**Pay:**
**$900/mo Base + Commission on cost per lead as they directly control that metric, as an example here’s our commission structure:**
To Qualify, You Must:
Be managing a minimum of 40 campaigns
Retain Client over 3 Months: $100
Retain a Client between 6-11 Months: $25/mo
Retain a Client for a year + : $500
Cost-Per-Booking < $20 (with Show: 60%+): $100
We're hiring a head media buyer to manage over $150,000 a month in ad spend with the clients we work with!
We currently have some of the best ads, automations, and processes in the space and we're looking for an A player Media Buyer to come in FULL TIME to manage our clients campaigns
_Create Ad copy, Ad Creatives, with our graphics design team_
**This role will consist of:**
Setting up new client campaigns
Connecting Lead forms to Go High Level (SOP's provided if you are unsure)
Split testing different ad sets and creative styles
Daily team meetings to bring forward new ideas
Managing 50-60+ campaigns for MEDICAL SEMAGLUTIDE TREATMENTS (Weightloss ads...)

* Proven experience in marketing campaigns
* Proficiency in facebook and ig ads setup and campaign management
* Have ran ads for medspas or weightloss
