Job Description:
As a massage therapist at Urban Nirvana, you will be an integral team member among other skilled massage therapists and estheticians. Your books will quickly fill and you'll find many opportunities to gain regular, returning clients. Your duties might include, but are not limited to:

• Providing top-notch massages ranging from Swedish style & deep-tissue, to more specialty services like body scrubs and cupping.
• Communicating with other service providers when clients are booked for multiple services or bringing guests.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the massage rooms—tidying up before every client and deep cleaning at the end of each day.
• Being available for your entire scheduled shift to accept walk-ins and adjust to last minute changes.

An Ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has a current and active South Carolina Massage therapy license.
• Is skillful in standard massage practices, especially Deep Tissue.
• Provides top-notch customer service and maintains a friendly demeanor with clients.
• Seeks professional growth and will utilize available training and continued education when offered.
• Is available to work afternoons and weekends shifts.

• Weekend Warrior Perk: We currently offer an extra $50 to massage therapists who work both days of the weekend. Bi-weekly pay periods mean there is potential for an additional $100 per paycheck!
• Quarterly check-ins allow for opportunities to advance.
• Actual pay is determined by experience & schedule availability.
