We are looking for a Model Integration Trainee to support the development, testing, and integration of AI-driven workflows with enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and eager to learn how integration platforms, APIs, and automation tools connect AI models with existing applications.
You will work under senior engineers to assist with basic integration tasks, workflow testing, and documentation while building foundational skills in automation platforms and programming.
Key Responsibilities AI & Workflow Integration SupportAssist in connecting AI/ML models to existing applications through guided integration tasks.
Support workflow setup, testing, and validation.
Help troubleshoot simple integration issues and verify end-to-end data flow.
Learn how integration tools (such as Workato or similar platforms) connect systems using APIs.
Assist in testing API calls, validating responses, and documenting integration steps.
Perform basic tasks like checking job logs, reviewing error messages, and escalating findings.
Work with senior engineers to understand backend logic used to support integrations.
Assist with simple coding tasks using C#, Python, or similar languages (no advanced coding required).
Support configuration tasks within integration tools under supervision.
Document workflows, integration steps, and test results.
Keep track of changes, updates, and configuration details.
Participate in team meetings and assist in task coordination.
Interest in AI model integration, automation tools, and software workflows .
Basic understanding of programming (C#, Python, or any similar language).
Curiosity about APIs, integration platforms, and enterprise automation.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn technical systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with senior developers.
Exposure to or interest in integration/automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with version control (Git), .NET basics, or scripting.
Knowledge of software development concepts like debugging or testing.
How integration platforms are used to connect AI workflows with enterprise applications.
Basics of API testing, error handling, and workflow automation.
How backend systems (C#, .NET, APIs) support model-driven automation.
Real-world integration patterns and best practices in system connectivity.
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
Fundamentals of building scalable, maintainable integration layers.
