We are seeking a motivated Model Integration Trainee to support configuration, data mapping, and integration workflows across model and system environments. In this role, you will assist senior team members in deploying integration solutions, validating data flows, and ensuring seamless connectivity between internal platforms. Key Responsibilities Integration SupportAssist in supporting integration workflows between core systems and model environments.
Help with basic configuration tasks related to system structures, workflows, and data pipelines.
Work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth data exchange between applications.
Support data mapping activities to ensure proper alignment of data between systems.
Learn how to work with APIs and assist in validating API-based model integration functionality.
Help troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs, mappings, and basic posting/processing logic.
Work collaboratively with teams across operations, finance, engineering, and IT.
Participate in meetings to understand requirements and translate them into integration tasks.
Assist with documenting integration changes, workflow updates, and test cases.
Gain hands-on exposure to system configuration, workflow mapping, and deployment activities under guidance.
Support testing of new configurations and integration enhancements.
Assist in validating data accuracy, model outputs, and process alignment.
(No prior experience with Costpoint or ICI required - training will be provided)

Integration basics (APIs, data mapping, middleware platforms)
Workflow configuration and system setup
Cross-system data validation
Understanding posting logic and model-driven data flows
Working in regulated or structured environments
Strong interest in system integration, model operations, or data workflows
Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, or data structures (plus point but not mandatory)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving ability
Eager to learn new tools, workflows, and integration methodologies
