Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry for a government-related project. Responsibilities: - Input and update data with precision into designated systems and software. - Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to support data entry tasks. - Assist with records management and organization within the project scope. - Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors in data. - Adhere to company policies and procedures for data handling. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or related roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with handling confidential information. - Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
