We’re building a strong, professional leadership team and are looking for a motivated Operations Manager / Sales Representative who wants to grow with our company.

Position Summary

This is a hybrid leadership role responsible for managing daily operations AND generating revenue through sales and estimates. You will work directly with our field supervisors, manage scheduling, coordinate materials, and meet with customers to quote work.

This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or a similar hands-on industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Create and manage daily and weekly schedules
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure efficient production
• Ensure crews leave on time and jobs stay on schedule
• Monitor active job sites and support supervisors
• Order and coordinate materials for upcoming installs
• Ensure work is completed to company standards
• Track job costing, labor hours, and profitability
• Maintain communication with customers and team throughout the project

Sales & Estimating

• Perform on-site estimates for landscaping, cleanups, maintenance, drainage, sod, and hardscape projects
• Build detailed proposals and present pricing to customers
• Follow up with leads and close jobs
• Maintain CRM info and sales pipeline
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
• Work with office staff to ensure jobs flow smoothly from estimate to completion
