Part-Time Weekend Cleaning Supervisor (16- 20 Hours/2 days Weekends Mandatory)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Cleaning Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of cleaning associates to ensure the efficient execution of interior, exterior, and food court cleaning tasks. The position requires a commitment to work weekends, totaling 16 hours over two days.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Supervision:**
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning associates to uphold high standards of cleanliness during weekend shifts.
- Motivate and guide the team to ensure effective task execution.
2. **Cleaning Operations Management:**
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules for the weekend shifts, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and La Vaquita safety protocols.
3. **Training and Mentorship:**
- Provide training and mentorship to cleaning staff, instilling best practices and safety protocols in accordance with La Vaquita Standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. **Quality Control:**
- Conduct regular inspections during weekend shifts to maintain quality control.
- Promptly address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
5. **Inventory Control:**
- Manage inventory control related to cleaning supplies and equipment during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
6. **Collaboration and Optimization:**
- Collaborate with management to optimize cleaning procedures specifically for weekend efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and resource optimization.
7. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment during weekend shifts, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Ensure the team follows all safety protocols and guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience supervising a team of 10-20 associates in a cleaning or related environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory control related to cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours during weekends, totaling 16 hours.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
