Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, part-time Marketing Specialist to support local outreach and communication efforts for a healthcare facility. This is a long-term opportunity with a flexible, hybrid schedule, perfect for candidates who are creative, organized, and passionate about community-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design flyers, digital signage, and other promotional materials
• Manage social media posts, imagery, short videos, and content calendars
• Update internal platforms such as employee intranet with communications content
• Monitor branding compliance throughout the facility via regular walk-throughs
• Represent the organization at community events and provide photography support
• Coordinate promotional items, print orders, and vendor communication
• Organize and manage marketing inventory and supplies
• Proofread internal and external content for accuracy and branding
• Assist with other marketing and communication tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is a plus
• Must be able to occasionally lift and transport marketing materials
• Flexibility to adjust in-office days based on special events
