About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business processes and technical implementation. This role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements across HR, Payroll, Finance, or other PeopleSoft modules.
Design and implement PeopleSoft solutions, balancing functional and technical considerations.
Configure PeopleSoft modules including HCM, FSCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Application Packages .
Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems and tools.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including process flows, design specs, and support guides.
Stay updated on PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior PeopleSoft consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft with a mix of functional and technical expertise.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, FSCM, Talent Management, etc.
Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and reporting tools.
Solid understanding of business processes in HR, Payroll, Finance, or related domains.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, or cloud-based PeopleSoft solutions is a plus.
