This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. As a Pharmacist Clinical you will: + Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions. + Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary. + Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties. + Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice. **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred + PGY-1 or BCPS preferred + May be required to be on-call in certain situations. + Bachelor's Science or Pharm D required + Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required + ACLS Preferred Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally) **Where You'll Work** At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.
