VENT Fitness is launching a brand-new Pilates Reformer program in our Latham club, and we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and professional Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead small-group and private sessions. This is a unique opportunity to build a flagship program from the ground up inside a high-performance fitness environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, highly skilled on the Reformer, and confident teaching diverse fitness levels - from beginners to advanced athletes.
Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates Reformer classes for small groups (up to 6).
Provide individual modifications and progressions suitable for all levels.
Deliver private and semi-private sessions (optional based on scheduling and demand).
Help shape and refine the program structure , class flow, and client experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Reformer studio space.
Build rapport with members to support program growth and retention.
Collaborate with club leadership to assist with scheduling, onboarding new clients, and program evolution.
Represent VENT Fitness culture through professionalism, excellent communication, and member-focused service.
Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, Stott, Polestar, BASI, Peak, or equivalent).
Experience teaching group Reformer classes strongly preferred .
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong coaching, cueing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Passion for wellness, movement quality, and member success.
