We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse for a70-year-old male patient requiring care in Harwood Heights, IL, 60706. RN up to $43/LPN up to $33

Patient needs 24/7 care and prefers a Polish speaking Nurse.

Summary

We are seeking both Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. These roles are crucial in delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support in accordance with their approved care plans.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary for lab tests.
Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities.
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients.
Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Valid RN/LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience working with children preferred, especially those with medical complexities.
Strong skills in medication administration and injection techniques.
Ability to perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks as needed.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
