The work requires experience in molecular biology for basic cloning and protein expression (utilizing _E. coli)_ , nucleic acid and protein purification. Preparation of proteins needed during RNA production, such nucleases, phosphatase, RNase inhibitors as well as RNA chaperones used for crystallization are also part of duty. Involvement in the research pertinent to specific RNA targets will be expected as well, along with presentation of findings to the community through publications and presentations.
