Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in process engineering or manufacturing within the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and/or ISO13485:2016 standards.
  • Proficient in process analysis tools such as PFMEA.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in office software and skilled in 2D/3D drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Prior experience with process validation and process optimization.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to optimize and improve our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for evaluating and implementing process improvements, ensuring product quality, and working with cross-functional teams to meet production and efficiency goals. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve production workflows, validate equipment, and establish procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Conduct process analysis using tools like PFMEA to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of products.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the production process.
  • Validate production equipment and machines to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Draft and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
  • Design production flow to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
