Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in production leadership , deep knowledge of air filtration products , and a passion for continuous improvement . This role is essential to ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely, and meet the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Lead and motivate production teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety regulations, and quality control standards
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, raw materials, and production output
• Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and warehouse teams
• Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency
• Train and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve workforce issues
• Track KPIs and report production metrics to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production leadership role , preferably in HVAC or filtration manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HVAC filters, materials, and production processes
• Proven ability to manage teams , set goals, and improve production efficiency
• Experience with lean manufacturing , inventory systems, and quality standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and production software tools (ERP/MRP experience preferred)
