Job Description

This is a part-time contract role for a Project Manager at Paloma & Fig. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of client and internal projects. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as ensuring effective communication among team members and clients. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for assigned projects, balancing creativity with organization to keep initiatives moving forward with clarity and excellence. This position is hybrid, with in-person availability required in Macon, Georgia for meetings and events, and flexibility for remote work on certain tasks. Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management (agency, communications, nonprofit, or creative field preferred)
• Strong skills in organization, scheduling, and time management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva/Adobe
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• A practicing Catholic, or experience working with Catholic organizations, schools, or nonprofits, is preferred.
