Job Description

**Roles & Responsibilities:** We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python/AWS Developer to support a high-impact integration program following a recent company acquisition. This role will focus on building and optimizing integration services, automating data pipelines, and ensuring secure and scalable cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, cloud-native architecture knowledge, and a passion for solving complex integration challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python. - Build and maintain data integration pipelines between legacy and acquired systems. - Implement ETL/ELT processes to support data migration and synchronization. - Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, Glue). - Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud-based solutions. - Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver integration components. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments. - Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. - Follow coding standards, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes. Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures. - Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML) and integration patterns. - Proficient in Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and containerization (Docker).
