We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications: • Great written and verbal skills • Available evenings and weekends • Real estate license preferred • Must have high school diploma or GED • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Must have a valid Texas driver's license • Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds • Must have excellent time-management skills • Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred About Company: Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
