School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full Time | Bellevue, WA | 2025-2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated  School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Bellevue, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

• Location: Bellevue, WA
• Position:  School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Schedule: Full Time, 2025–2026 school year
• Setting: In-person, High School Position 1-1
• Student requires assistance with toileting and ADLs
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based RBT services including treatment
• Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with BCBA
• Work alongside teachers and special education staff
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington CBT license
• Must hold RBT certification
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
