Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Care
Location: Syracuse, NY
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $55 – $65 per hour
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Care for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and triage in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment, and disease prevention
Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Active RN license in New York State (or eligibility)
Prior experience in ambulatory or outpatient care preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
