We are seeking a Remote Cruise Vacation Advisor to provide excellent travel support and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to develop expertise in travel planning and client relations.

Responsibilities:

• Research destinations, itineraries, and package options tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
• Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. 
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and confirmations. 
• Support team processes and internal communication as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel. 

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and positive in approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to contribute to shared goals.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or travel-related roles is preferred.
