Remote Lead & Sourcing Generator | West Jordan, UT | Remote

Nexeo HR is hiring driven individuals for a Remote Lead & Sourcing Generator  role with a fast-growing real estate team. This is not a commission-only job — you’ll receive consistent hourly pay, full training via Zoom, and the chance to build valuable experience in the real estate industry.

You'll begin working remotely using your own internet and computer, then transition to an in-office position after 3 months. If you're confident on the phone, understand the basics of real estate, and are eager to grow in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to motivated seller leads using provided scripts

• Consistently generate and follow up on potential wholesale real estate opportunities

• Accurately enter and manage lead information in the company’s CRM system

• Attend Zoom training sessions and apply learned strategies in daily outreach

• Build relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and other industry professionals for referrals

• Collaborate with the team to identify and source off-market real estate deals

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of real estate, especially the home closing process

• Strong communication and phone skills, with the confidence to cold call potential leads

• Customer service experience and a professional, friendly attitude

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online tools and CRM systems

• Self-motivated and reliable, especially while working remotely with minimal supervision

• Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection for remote work during the first 3 months

• Ability to type at least 40 WPM

Pay  

$20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Schedule  

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Remote
