Are you creative, energetic, and ready to make magic happen? Balloon Kings Dallas is seeking enthusiastic, hands-on Store Staff to help bring bold balloon decor to life! From stunning arches to personalized bouquets, we create unforgettable moments—and you can be part of it.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers choose balloon colors, themes, and custom designs.
• Inflate, arrange, and assemble balloon garlands, arches, and bouquets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and creative store environment.
• Deliver balloon orders to customers (valid driver’s license required).
• Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring every guest feels like royalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for creativity, events, or design (balloon experience is a bonus—but we’ll train you!).
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Great communication skills and team spirit.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license and reliability with delivery tasks.
• Retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus.
