What We’re Looking For:
Licensed RN \ LPN in Indiana (experience preferred)
Strong communication skills
Compassion for seniors and a resident-focused mindset
Calm under pressure and able to multi-task
Weekend Clinical Schedule & Pay:
Work every Saturday & Sunday (6-month commitment)
Premium pay: time and a half for all weekend hours
Four weekends (8 shifts) off per year
