Creating the company based on non-construction backgrounds, we have grown faster than any other roofing company in the country generating multi-million dollar growth in less than two years. Our ownership, sales, and operations team are comprised of individuals with diverse and unique backgrounds. All with their own stories that have brought them to the Results Team. One commonality unites us all: The drive to cultivate more for our families, our personal legacy, and our team.
With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and bring into our Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge to those who would like to create a successful career in roofing and construction sales industry.
Business development mentorship includes:
-One on one coaching with assigned team lead, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
-Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
-In house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
-Social media coaching and guidance.
-Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.

- Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity.
- Self-Motivated & stand alone
- Organized and task oriented
- Honest and has a high level of integrity
- Be a problem solver not a problem starter
- Personable & comfortable initiating conversation with new people
- Team player with tremendous work ethic
- Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office
What we offer:

$60,000 - $250,000
