Job Title: Physician Services Business Development Partner (Outside Sales)
Company: Twin Cities Physicians
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area | Statewide Minnesota Travel Required.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday.
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
Additional Perks: Mileage reimbursement.

Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a true hunter —a driven, high-energy outside sales professional who knows how to open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and close new business . This role is focused on new partner acquisition , expanding our footprint across Minnesota by building relationships with senior living communities and healthcare operators.

This is not a maintenance or account management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on prospecting , lives in the field, and is motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do.

  • Hunt for new business opportunities across Minnesota through cold outreach, referrals, and in-person visits.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, Owners, and Directors of Nursing .
  • Conduct C-suite–level conversations that position Twin Cities Physicians as a long-term clinical partner.
  • Present, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with senior living and post-acute operators.
  • Travel extensively throughout Minnesota to build relationships and maintain a strong field presence.
  • Own your pipeline from first contact through signed agreement, with full accountability for results.

Who Thrives in This Role.

  • Proven producer in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare services sales .
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and persistence required to win new business.
  • Confident engaging senior leadership and ownership groups in strategic, business-focused discussions.
  • Self-directed, competitive, and motivated by uncapped commission and measurable success.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.
