Senior RPA Developers with expertise in Automation Anywhere.

Looking to build a team with an Architect and multiple experienced Automation Anywhere Developers with 2-5+ years of strong, real-world experience of Automation Anywhere Development.

We are looking for a RPA Developers who will be responsible for the successful design and development of RPA solutions. This role will design and develop Intelligent AI Automation solutions that leverage AA's new APA ("Agentic Process Automation"), strong python skills and ML, LLM RAG etc parts of modernized RPA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
  
• Highly preferred experience with AA APA "Agentic Process Automation" plus strong python skills.
• Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements
  
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios
  
• Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation
  
• Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans
  
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions
  
• Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities
  
• Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Intelligent Automation or RPA Solutions
  
• Minimum 7-9+ years of overall IT development experience
  
• Prior hands-on RPA development in Automation Anywhere 360
  
• Competency and experience at significant and effective scaled deployments
  
• Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains

Strong experience in the field of Bot development, Automation Anywhere Architecture, RPA Governance, Process Standardization, usage of RPA in different business functions like Finance, HR, Supply Chain and skilled with Mac Os is also preferred.

Strong experience in Automation Anywhere Integration/ Interface with Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook/ Adobe PDF/ Web-sites.

Automation Anywhere Experience is a must-have skill-set for this position.

Responsibilities

• 5-6 years experience in RPA as a Sr. Developer or Lead Developer/Architect
• 1-2 years experience as a Solution Architect if you are that level
• AA version 11 and AA2019 certified advanced developer certification
• Overall 8-10 years experience in IT consulting including the above-mentioned experience
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing interaction experience

2- database connections

3- Working on multiple VM's

4- Biggest task and complex task and how you implemented and follow up questions will be on that.

5-API work you have done and rate yourself

6.Admin access and installation of RPA agents on machines. 

7-how you would handle 1000s of records in excel and database and how do you implement and follow up questions.

8- mostly follow up questions would be what you answer.
