Job Description

This is a remote position. The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented and results-driven Remote Email Campaigns Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing highly effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers for our IT services. You'll play a direct and significant role in Support Tech LLC's growth and contribute to our overall digital marketing strategy. What You'll Do: Strategize & Develop: Design, build, and deploy engaging and high-performing email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, with a strong focus on lead generation and nurturing for B2B IT services. Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Expertly segment audience lists (e.g., by industry, company size, service interest, past engagement) and personalize email content to maximize relevance, open rates, and click-through rates. Content & Creative: Develop compelling, benefit-driven email copy that clearly communicates the value of Support Tech LLC's services and solutions. Collaborate with design resources (if applicable) to create visually appealing and on-brand email templates. Automation & Nurturing: Set up and manage sophisticated automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Lead Research & Sourcing: Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for researching and identifying qualified leads and target accounts for our email outreach efforts. Platform Mastery: Leverage your expertise in Zoho Campaigns for all aspects of email marketing. Zoho Suite Integration: Seamlessly integrate email marketing efforts with other Zoho Suite applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Marketing Automation) to ensure a holistic and data-driven approach. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action (e.g., "Request a Consultation," "Download Our Whitepaper," "Get a Free IT Audit"), and send times to continuously optimize campaign performance. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and demonstrate campaign effectiveness. Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to refine our email marketing strategy and improve overall lead quality and conversion. Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure optimal email deliverability and strict adherence to email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) for B2B communications. List Management: Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and new features in email marketing technology, particularly those relevant to IT service providers and B2B lead generation. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, technical content creators, and other marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign efforts that support our service offerings and sales goals. Requirements ~3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience developing and executing highly effective email marketing campaigns, preferably within the B2B IT services or technology sectors. ~ Demonstrable expertise with Zoho Campaigns is a MUST. Please detail your experience and successful campaigns in your application. ~ Extensive experience using industry tools for researching and identifying leads and target accounts. (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo.io, etc. - mention any specific tools you are proficient with ). ~ Proficiency with the broader Zoho Suite of software (especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho SalesIQ) and a strong understanding of how to integrate email efforts within this ecosystem. ~ Solid understanding of email marketing principles, deliverability, segmentation, and analytics, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and nurturing. ~ Exceptional written communication and compelling copywriting skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts in an engaging, clear, and benefit-oriented manner. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. ~ Familiarity with other email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp) is a plus. ~ Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization is a plus. ~ A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy. ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment. ~ Self-motivated, proactive, a strong problem-solver, and a collaborative team player.
