Job Description

Position: Lead Salesforce Platform Administrator

Interview Mode: Microsoft Teams

Work Arrangement: Remote (occasional onsite meetings required)

Preferred Location: Columbus, Ohio

Work Location (County): Franklin County

Experience Required: 8+ years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field

Laptop: Shipped or Pick Up

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage system changes without interruption to users
• Modify and configure the system to increase usability and business value
• Perform daily Salesforce administration including user setup, permission groups, object/field customization, record types, page layouts, and validations
• Manage CRUD operations and maintenance of user and system licenses
• Communicate system enhancements and changes to users
• Monitor usage and mentor users/groups requiring assistance
• Enhance overall end-user experience on an ongoing basis
• Document company processes, workflows, and field mappings
• Create new processes and related reporting
• Import data as required
• Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end integrations with SFDC
• Monitor, maintain, and improve data quality
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports, including folder maintenance

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic personality
