Job Description:Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
Act as the primary liaison between the finance department and SAP technical teams.
Supervise a team of FICO consultants while ensuring effective cross-functional integration with modules such as SD, MM, PP, PM, and EWM.
Design and manage cost accounting models tailored to dairy operations, including raw milk valuation and yield analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting, product costing, and asset management.
Oversee system integration, data migration, and validation efforts to ensure accurate financial data.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct end-user training, drive change management initiatives, and provide post-go-live support.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Proactively enhance professional skills and stay updated with SAP technologies and industry best practices.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
In-depth expertise in cost accounting and product costing, ideally within the dairy or manufacturing sectors.
Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project execution.
Experience working with SAP Treasury and integrating third-party financial systems.
A bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems is required; a CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
