Position: Part-Time Social Media Specialist
Location: Augusta, GA (On-site)
Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Compensation: $10 per hour

Sales Gravy is a global sales training organization dedicated to helping individuals and companies close more deals, build stronger pipelines, and accelerate growth. Our marketing team plays a key role in amplifying our brand, content, and community through digital engagement.
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Specialist to support our marketing team in growing our presence across platforms. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position may be eligible for internship credit based on academic program requirements.
Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X for Sales Gravy and Jeb Blount
Create and edit social media graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut
Repurpose existing content (blog posts, podcasts, webinars) into engaging social content
Monitor performance and flag trends, brand mentions, or engagement opportunities
Stay informed on current platform trends and propose new content ideas
Assist with marketing campaigns, book launches, and live event promotions
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Opus, etc.)
Organized, self-directed, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment
Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts
Exposure to tools like HubSpot
Interest in sales, personal branding, or digital marketing
