Join our innovative team in  Tysons Corner, VA as a  Software & Data/AI Engineer , where you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced AI-powered solutions that drive data insight, accessibility, and performance.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and transforming both structured and unstructured datasets, with the goal of identifying commonalities, unifying data formats, and performing entity resolution—especially within unstructured data sources. Your expertise in Python and experience handling diverse data types will be foundational.

You'll leverage your knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Generative AI, to develop and deploy a chatbot-style interface that serves as a key interaction point for stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, you'll help design, architect, and prototype AI-driven systems that align with our broader data management and strategy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data
• Perform entity resolution on large and varied data sets
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered chatbot interfaces for end-user interaction
• Design and prototype advanced AI systems for enterprise data strategy
• Prepare data for AI ingestion to ensure model quality and performance
• Architect solutions using vector databases and AWS cloud services
• Build and integrate modern UI components using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data solutions
• Optimize and deploy AI models across a variety of applications and data types
• Evaluate data holdings and define best-fit grooming strategies for AI systems

Technical Requirements:

• Strong Python development experience
• Skilled in managing both structured and unstructured data
• Proven entity resolution capabilities
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and GenAI
• Experience working with vector databases
• Proficient in SQL and query optimization
• UI development using JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture and deployment
• Expertise in AI model optimization and evaluation
• Ability to analyze data use cases and architect grooming pipelines accordingly

Bonus Qualifications:

• Certifications or advanced skills in AI, data engineering, or software development
• Exposure to data privacy and ethical AI practices

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (required)
