Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • As the Sr. Analyst in North America Medical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Field Medical teams with Veeva-related inquiries.
  • Working within the Medical Operations team, you will manage technical issues and support enhance data architecture, driving efficient solutions.
  • Your contributions will ensure seamless alignment between IT and medical field operations, providing invaluable insights through analytics and BI support.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for fostering effective communication, support leading technical project management, and translating complex data into actionable reports.
  • Your work will be integral to advancing our data strategy and supporting the continuous improvement of medical operations.
  • A blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills will make you an essential part of our team's success.
  • Support Field Medical teams with Veeva-related issues, interfacing directly with users.
  • Triage technical issues via calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct calls with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to gain deeper understanding of challenges.
  • Log issues and maintain an organized tracker for efficient monitoring.
  • Translate tracker information into reports accessible to external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate regularly with IT teams to address ongoing technical concerns.
  • Input and manage tickets in SNOW, following up on reported issues.
  • Coordinate periodic CRM updates in partnership with Field Medical Excellence.
  • Support the requirements gathering and delivery process for data-related projects.
  • Guide offshore developers in building solutions for data issues.
  • Support Field teams with BI and analytics, providing user interface support.
  • Conduct training sessions, both formal and ad hoc, on CRM and BI systems.
  • Log training issues and translate feedback into external reports.
  • Support additional projects outside the CRM scope, for technical delivery across platforms.

Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in medical operations or a related field.
  • Strong technical project management skills, with experience in data architecture.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and BI analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to triage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM, MS PowerBI, SNOW(ServiceNOW) and JIRA ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and technical delivery across platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead offshore development teams.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
