Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Behavioral Health for an ongoing home health position in Indianapolis, IN.

  • Provide 1:1 patient care, assessments, care planning, and education in patients' homes.
  • Evaluate physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Communicate significant findings and collaborate with the healthcare team.
  • Supervise and document care delivery by aides and LPNs.
  • Must have an active RN license, 1+ year clinical experience, and be willing to travel 50%.
  • Preferred qualifications include previous home health/hospice experience and a relevant degree.
