Receives food and supplies and verifies receipt delivered according to standard policy, procedures, and specifications,

Responsible for proper storage and rotation of all food and non-food products according to standard policy and procedures,

Responsible for the sanitation of all refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas on a daily basis according to department policies and procedures,

Responsible for the proper dating, labeling and storage of all fresh dairy and meat products,

Responsible for the rotating of all milk and juice deliveries on a daily basis, checking expiration dates to ensure freshness of stock,

Responsible for completion of special cleaning assignments given by purchasing coordinator before the end of shift,
