Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Supervisor to join our team! Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure job site efficiency.
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and to company standards.
Operate and maintain outdoor power equipment as needed.
Communicate with clients and address any concerns professionally.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus.
