A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:
The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027 , with a six (6) month survival clause included for Statements of Work (SOWs) allowing them to continue until October 5th, 2027 (if operationally required), leaving some Contracts with funding unassigned for fiscal 2026-27.
If the current statement of work expires on October 5th, 2027 , the remaining funds can be used to exercise an option to extend the SOW beyond October 5, 2027 , based on business case approvals. Such extensions will be allowable, only if the Master Service Agreement is extended beyond October 5, 2027 , and be upon the same terms, conditions, and covenants contained in the SOW.
The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of demonstrated QA experience, including leading QA teams, defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants
Knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
Experience on Automation testing script using Selenium, JMeter, Python or Java.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills, verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Conceptual skills to see the big picture and assist in integrating QA/testing processes and standards
Desired Skills and Experience
8+ years of demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.
Ability to catch inconsistencies, bugs, and edge cases others may overlook.
Ability to analyze and break down complex systems and understand how different components interact.

Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessions.

Criteria 2: Quality Assurance Skills - 35 Points
