As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist within PNC's Talent & Learning Development organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA OR Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. **Job Description** + Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies. + Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. + Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues + Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations. + Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
