Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns accurately.
• Assist clients with tax inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Review financial records for tax compliance.
• Manage multiple client files and tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure client information.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, or Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Some tax preparation experience required (seasonal experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during peak season.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
