RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide virtual nutrition counseling as part of an established, evidence-based nutrition program. This is a 100% remote role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individualized nutrition care.
Schedule: 20–32 hours per week (flexible based on availability)
Location: Fully remote, telehealth-based
Compensation: $30–$38 per hour , depending on experience
Licensure Requirement: Must hold an active Massachusetts dietitian license
Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable lifestyle and behavior change
Conduct virtual nutrition consultations, assess client needs, and develop personalized nutrition care plans
Educate clients on nutrition strategies that support long-term health outcomes
Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and support clients in achieving their goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members as appropriate
Document care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR)
Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Active Massachusetts dietitian licensure (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient, telehealth, or counseling-based roles preferred
Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition and behavior change strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Additional certifications (e.g., motivational interviewing, lifestyle coaching, weight management) are a plus
