**Job Title: Tow Truck Driver**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our dedicated team in Rocky Mount. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional roadside assistance to individuals and towing vehicles as needed. As an ambassador for our company, you will ensure that every interaction with customers is positive, while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate tow trucks to provide towing services for vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to service calls and efficiently navigate the Rocky Mount area.
- Provide roadside assistance services, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout assistance.
- Maintain and service tow trucks to ensure operational readiness and safety standards.
- Document all services provided, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Interact with customers professionally, providing assistance and information when needed.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
**Qualifications: **
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
