Job Description

  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations as needed to drive enhancements efficiencies Support Operation Team relationship with Point of Care (POC) account manager and communicates enhancements/updates
  • Point of Care development support: support operations: what do you need to manage your business
  • Point of care training across all programming: Provide onsite and virtual training.
  • Conduct focused audits and support with development of POC to drive compliance within systems and payroll processing
  • Point of care standard process review and updates
  • Point of care subject matter expert (SME) training, and ongoing support; and maintain current SME guide and resources
  • Support growth and Integration to Equus systems Training development/documentation Training-Recorded sessions
  • Utilization training/support: Scheduled & Served hours to support growth
  • Partner with HR and Finance on special projects as needed
  • Process improvement, i.e., standard payroll process development and training
  • Provide oversight of current system usage and compliance which includes: Populate/review queries and provide detailed identification of any deficiencies.
  • Engage with team to drive change or enhance compliance with current policies and procedures. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Or equivalent education and relevant creative learning & development experience and skills
  • Experience developing/designing e-learning and blended training programs has worked with subject matter experts during analysis, design, and development to produce quality training materials within established time frames required
  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and/or equivalent development tools required 2 years of experience with demonstrated success and increasing responsibility in learning and development
  • Proficient use of Adobe Captivate preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of job skills and complete orientation and training classes
  • Must Meet all applicable state licensure, certification and/or registration requirements
