Travel RN- Behavioral Health (Contract Role)

Location: Laconia, NH, 03246

Duration: 18-weeks contract

Shift: 12hr Nights | 7 PM 7 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1,944 $2,088; (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, documenting appropriately in the EMR system.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health nursing.
Documented travel nursing experience is required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license.
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB).
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Cerner, is preferred but not mandatory.
